I just had a lady get exasperated and hang up on me because I refused to help her download a video from YouTube. She insisted that, “When videos are uploaded to YouTube, they become public domain,”. When I told her this wasn’t true, she said, “Well, will you help me do it?” I said no and she hung up on me.
